idr89 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, as well as popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50,000). The maximum deposit amount per transaction is one hundred million Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100,000,000), subject to adjustment at our discretion. All deposits are processed instantly and reflect in your Account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. idr89 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that does not comply with this requirement. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposit transactions. Deposits made to your idr89 Account are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of technical error attributable to the Platform.
idr89 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal requests will be processed. Suspicious transaction patterns, including but not limited to frequent large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests with minimal wagering activity, will trigger compliance reviews and may result in account suspension pending investigation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and financial regulatory authorities when required by law.
You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within five to fifteen (5-15) minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Western Indonesia Time). E-wallet withdrawals (DANA, OVO, GoPay) are generally processed within five (5) minutes. Weekend and holiday processing times may vary due to banking system schedules.
The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100,000). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You may only withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our finance team. In cases where this is technically impossible, alternative arrangements may be made following additional verification procedures. idr89 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of any suspected Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse.
idr89 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from twenty (20) to thirty (30) times the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are limited to one bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, slot games contribute one hundred percent (100%) of wagered amounts, live dealer games contribute twenty percent (20%), and table games contribute ten percent (10%). Certain games with exceptionally high Return to Player (RTP) percentages may be excluded from bonus play entirely. The maximum bet allowed while an active bonus is in your Account is fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50,000) per game round, regardless of your total Account balance.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, bet settlement, or rule interpretation, idr89's decision is final and binding. We reserve the right to void bets placed on events with technical errors in pricing, obvious mistakes in odds display, or where the outcome was determined by factors outside normal game mechanics. Voided bets will be refunded to your Account balance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idr89 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Technical issues, scheduled maintenance, network failures, and unforeseen circumstances may result in temporary service disruptions. idr89 is not liable for any losses incurred due to Platform downtime, software malfunctions, or errors in game functionality, except where such errors result in provable financial loss directly attributable to our negligence.
All content on the idr89 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, and game designs, is the exclusive property of idr89 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or investigations. idr89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete KYC verification. In the event of termination for cause, idr89 may withhold any funds in your Account pending investigation and may confiscate funds found to be associated with prohibited activities.
Your use of the idr89 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
